Public Relations Manager – North America

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will support Celine’s New York PR team in daily operations and help shape editorial initiatives for both Women’s and Men’s collections across North America. Working closely with senior PR leadership and Paris headquarters, you will drive brand visibility across Ready‑to‑Wear, Leather Goods, Beauty and lifestyle categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with editors, stylists and Paris HQ for editorial sample requests using Launchmetrics.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute innovative press strategies and partnerships.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key editors and stylists across North America.
• Monitor emerging luxury, fashion and art media for editorial opportunities.
• Oversee select KOL and influencer activations, ensuring alignment with brand values and KPIs.
• Lead competitive analysis and provide insights on successful marketing and press tactics.
• Drive digital pitching for seasonal product launches across all categories.
• Prepare data analysis, reporting and insights for US senior management and Paris HQ using DMR and Discover platforms.
• Coordinate seasonal sample orders and support Paris collection show planning.
• Assist in organizing local PR events, retail activations, press days and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of progressive PR experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong, established press contacts in the fashion industry.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
