Psychologist – Pediatric Therapy Center

About the role

CI Pediatric Therapy Centers is seeking a fully licensed Wisconsin psychologist to join its interdisciplinary team. The role involves providing assessment and psychotherapy for children facing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, ASD, ADHD, and other concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and deliver evidence‑based therapy.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, and physical therapists to create integrated treatment plans.
• Utilize psychometrist support for test administration and scoring.
• Maintain manageable caseloads with adequate time for documentation and teamwork.

Required profile

• Fully licensed psychologist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.
• Self‑motivated, flexible, and creative with a passion for pediatric mental health.

Required skills

• Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and scoring.
• Ability to deliver individual and group psychotherapy.
• Strong collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary team.
