Proposal Solutions Architect – DHA (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Proposal Solutions Architect to lead technical solutioning for federal healthcare initiatives within the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the broader Military Health System. This fully remote position partners with capture teams to craft compliant, mission‑aligned proposals that address DHA priorities such as readiness, continuity of care, and interoperability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical and management content for DHA, VA, and other federal healthcare opportunities, including approaches, staffing plans, executive summaries, and past‑performance narratives.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and SME teams to translate complex cloud, DevSecOps, and health‑data architectures into evaluator‑friendly narratives.
• Analyze solicitations, shape win themes, and ensure all proposal materials are visually clear and compliant with federal deadlines.
• Participate in kickoffs, color‑team reviews, and status meetings, supporting disciplined execution across all proposal phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, software development, or enterprise technology.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal proposal development and technical solutioning.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.
