Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to keep our launch team’s initiatives on track and ensure seamless delivery of creative and account work. You will act as the operational backbone for a new DTC pharma brand, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating closely with senior strategy and creative leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own project management for the account, including timelines, scopes, budgets, resourcing and status reporting.
• Identify and flag risks early, maintaining the operational backbone of the team.
• Partner with creative department leads to allocate resources across low‑to‑mid complexity tactics.
• Coordinate MLR/PRC submissions, annotations and feedback cycles, learning pharma regulations on the job.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client communication for owned workstreams, handling status updates, timeline check‑ins and deliverable hand‑offs (approximately 30% client‑facing).
• Support the launch of a ground‑up DTC campaign, helping shape workflows and processes for long‑term success.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of project management experience in an advertising, design, digital or production agency.
• Proven ability to take ownership of workstreams and follow through without constant supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal teams and clients.
• Willingness to work on a pharma DTC account and learn regulatory processes (MLR/PRC, Veeva, annotation cycles).

Required skills

• Experience with agency project management tools.
• Familiarity with Veeva or willingness to become proficient.

• Competitive salary range $95,000 – $105,000 USD per year.
