Project Manager – Restoration

About the role

As a Project Manager in restoration, you will lead critical projects that help homeowners and businesses recover after property damage. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, estimate, and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and sub‑trades to coordinate work.
• Identify, hire, and supervise sub‑trades and internal staff on each project.
• Monitor project margins, track metrics, and ensure profitability.
• Document change orders and insurance supplements, maintaining compliance with service‑level agreements.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency loss response, including evenings and weekends.
• Engage with local community events and build relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPAs.

Required profile

• Ability to provide clear, truthful communication to property owners during crises.
• Proficiency with current restoration technology and software.
• Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous project‑management experience is preferred; certifications in water, fire, mold, trauma, or lead are a plus.
