Temporary Maintenance Supervisor – Prado

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position ensures that the physical aspects of a mid‑rise, stabilized multifamily property—including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work across the property to maintain appearance and operational standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians and Porters, coordinating daily tasks and on‑call rotations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all building systems.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely service and compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in maintenance supervision within multifamily or mixed‑use properties.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience overseeing technicians and support staff.
• Strong knowledge of building‑wide mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
