Project Manager – Randomization & Trial Supply Management

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Project Manager to join its Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team in Boston. The role serves as the primary client contact, leading meetings, trainings, and delivering user‑friendly RTSM solutions for clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Review study protocols and define required modules in the User Requirements Specification (URS).
• Create, coordinate, and manage deliverables such as timelines, communication manuals, subject randomization requirements, clinical trial material lists, user acceptance testing, and system setup.
• Ensure project timelines are met and troubleshoot delivery issues for RTSM systems.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers, developers, validation, and support teams, and handle Tier 3 on‑call coverage (24/7/365).

Required profile

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience with specific RTSM experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project‑management experience in the clinical‑trial industry.
• Strong initiative, organizational, and communication abilities; ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑moving team.
• Willingness to travel 5‑10 %.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office.
• RTSM (including IRT, IVRS, IWRS, IXRS) knowledge.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations E6, E8 and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Google Docs.
