Project Manager – Media & Digital Campaigns

About the role

Critical Mass is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated media and digital marketing campaigns for global brands. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, media partners and clients to ensure campaigns launch on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital media campaigns across social, paid and display channels.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and overall project health.
• Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, launch, optimization and post‑campaign activities.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions and ensure follow‑through on action items.
• Monitor progress, report status and proactively address risks and issues.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in digital, media, advertising or related agencies.
• Hands‑on experience managing multiple concurrent digital campaigns in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands and build relationships across teams.

Required skills

• Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) or similar ad‑serving platforms.
• Familiarity with TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook and other paid media channels.
• Project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or Microsoft Teams.
