About the role

Dematic is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, high‑value projects across the United States. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
• Analyze project profitability, forecast costs, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Provide project management practices and solution development leadership during pre‑sales efforts.
• Develop detailed project schedules covering engineering, installation, and integration activities.
• Apply systems engineering principles to project execution and pre‑sales solution development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in the material handling industry.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven project management background with team leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
