Project Manager II – Office of Data & Accountability

About the role

The Project Manager II supports the Office of Data & Accountability at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. Working under the Educational Content Team Leader, you will coordinate medium‑to‑large digital projects that improve educational content, web applications, and reporting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track project timelines, deliverables, and communications.
• Collaborate with faculty, specialists, county educators, and service units to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Work with programmers, analysts, and designers to develop web‑based applications and reporting tools.
• Conduct quality‑assurance testing and validation of websites and digital resources before deployment.
• Assist in front‑end development, including HTML, CSS, and UI enhancements for data‑collection sites.
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for new systems.
• Provide training and technical support to staff on web applications and analytics tools.

Required profile

• Works under direct supervision of the Educational Content Team Leader.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple project assignments and monitor milestones.
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders across the agency.
