Project Manager (Digital)

About the role

Critical Mass seeks a motivated Project Manager to lead digital marketing projects, focusing on website experiences, updates, and email campaigns. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver website development, content updates, landing pages, and email marketing initiatives.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and project scope while monitoring risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and serve as primary contact for internal teams and clients.
• Partner with Strategy, Creative, UX, Design, Development, QA, and Account Management to deliver integrated digital experiences.
• Support project intake, scoping, estimation, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in digital, advertising, or marketing agencies.
• Hands‑on experience managing website builds, redesigns, CMS updates, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent client‑facing projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
