Project Manager – Data Centers Design

About the role

SSOE is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of data center and industrial facilities. You will oversee projects from concept through startup, coordinating multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams to create high‑tech, mission‑critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver large‑scale data center and advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Direct multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage complex stakeholder coordination and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to achieve successful outcomes.
• Oversee commissioning and startup phases to ensure seamless handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing data center or industrial facility design projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
