About the role
Kaufman Rossin is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead brand and social media initiatives within its Marketing Operations team. This strategic position will shape how the firm’s brand is expressed, experienced, and scaled across all channels while driving high‑impact marketing programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, own, and continuously evolve the firm’s social media strategy across organic and paid channels.
- Lead brand stewardship, ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards across marketing, communications, and business‑development materials.
- Partner with creative resources to define content themes, visual direction, and storytelling approaches that drive engagement.
- Oversee brand reputation management and monitor external perception to maintain a cohesive market presence.
- Lead advertising and campaign creative strategy for sponsorships, events, and firm initiatives.
- Serve as a key connector between Marketing Operations, Business Development, and firm leadership on brand and social media strategy.
- Manage FY27 transformation projects, including potential website redevelopment and brand evolution initiatives.
Required profile
- 7+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in progressive marketing roles focused on brand management, social media, or integrated marketing.
- Proven experience managing direct reports and external vendors or agency partners.
- Strong ability to build and execute social media strategies that deliver measurable engagement.
