Ecommerce Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive growth for our Shopify DTC brands. You will own the full‑funnel strategy, from paid acquisition to on‑site conversion, and work hands‑on to scale revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and test ad angles, hooks, and offers across Meta platforms.
• Build and optimise funnels, including landing pages, product detail pages, bundles, and upsells.
• Design and manage Email/SMS strategies and automation flows.
• Identify and execute high‑impact revenue levers such as AOV increase, conversion‑rate improvement and LTV expansion.
• Rapidly test ideas, analyse real performance data and iterate for profitable scaling.

Required profile

• Successfully scaled at least one Shopify DTC brand from $0 to $100K+ monthly revenue.
• Direct ownership of strategy and execution, not just team management.
• Deep understanding of full‑funnel growth: paid acquisition (Meta), Email/SMS (Klaviyo or similar), and on‑site conversion optimisation.
• Ability to clearly articulate tests, results and profitable scaling methods.
