Project Manager – AV & Technology Integration

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of AV and technology integration projects, ensuring seamless implementation from design through client hand‑over. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to coordinate diverse technical solutions while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for AV, control systems, whole‑house audio/video, security, lighting control, structured cabling, and networking solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, subcontractors, sales, design, and production teams.
• Set and manage client expectations, communicating timelines, deliverables, and outcomes clearly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including change orders and engineering revisions.
• Procure, inspect, and stage all project materials and equipment on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure quality standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Lead system commissioning, testing, and client training, then transition projects to the service team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial AV integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Control systems: Crestron, Savant, Control4.
• Lighting control: Lutron Homeworks.
• Distributed audio/video and home‑theater systems.
• Security system integration.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
