Project Coordinator – Civil/Municipal

Key responsibilities

• Support site planning, zoning compliance and permit acquisition.
• Coordinate project setup, documentation, contracts and change orders.
• Track budgets, financial forecasts, invoicing and cost reporting.
• Maintain project schedules and monitor milestones.
• Liaise with developers, contractors, vendors and clients to ensure clear communication.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination within the AEC or construction industry.
• Basic site‑planning knowledge and familiarity with local zoning regulations.
• Strong financial and Excel skills, including formulas and linked worksheets.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, master‑sheet linking).
• Site planning and zoning regulation knowledge.
• Contract lifecycle management.
• Budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Project scheduling and milestone tracking.
