Program Manager, Mission Package Integration

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead the integration and delivery of mission packages for its autonomous surface vessel (ASV) portfolio. The role bridges Saronic platforms with bespoke and commercial off‑the‑shelf kits, supporting existing contracts and new product lines while driving organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical execution of mission‑package integration, from design support through field deployment and sustainment.
• Support complex payload integrations on the 180‑ft Marauder ASV and coordinate Corsair and Mirage integration efforts.
• Translate high‑level requirements into actionable steps for engineering and operations teams, maintaining technical baselines and traceability.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve technical risks in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Plan and oversee integration testing, on‑water operations, and acceptance events, ensuring configurations are validated before production.
• Coordinate schedules and milestones across engineering, software, mission operations, production, and quality teams.
• Provide technical input for customer meetings, reporting, and deliverables, and contribute to Engineering Change Boards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical integration projects in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Strong ability to work across engineering, production, and customer‑facing teams.
• Excellent communication skills for translating requirements and reporting technical status.
• Experience with autonomous maritime systems or similar large‑scale platform integration is a plus.
