CNC Machinist – 3rd Shift (Austin)

About the role

Enovis is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for the 3rd shift in its Austin, Texas surgical manufacturing facility. The role focuses on safe, high‑quality production of medical‑device components.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Report safety incidents, non‑conforming products, and follow Quality Management System procedures.
• Inspect machined parts against specifications.
• Operate multiple CNC machines efficiently and meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience setting up and running CNC machines.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and blueprint reading.
• Ability to read and understand G‑ and M‑code programming.
• Basic computer skills, especially Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Self‑starter, driven, and desire to grow.
• Physical ability to lift, carry or pull up to 50 lb and stand or sit for extended periods.
