Program Manager, Marauder

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Marauder, a 180‑foot Autonomous Surface Vessel built at our Franklin, LA shipyard. You will be accountable for cost, schedule, scope, and customer outcomes from contract award through delivery and sustainment, ensuring the platform meets diverse mission requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program execution, managing cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Serve as the primary customer contract owner, delivering milestones, CDRLs, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan aligning production, engineering, and integration timelines.
• Drive risk and opportunity management, escalating issues that threaten cost, schedule, or performance.
• Partner with the Franklin production team to plan and execute rate production, monitoring build sequencing and quality.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production to ensure configurations meet customer and contractual standards.
• Define configuration strategy for modular kits, payloads, and mission packages on a common hull.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale shipbuilding or complex manufacturing programs.
• Strong customer‑facing skills, especially with government stakeholders and contracts.
• Ability to balance production throughput with mission flexibility.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
