About the role
The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is a non‑partisan nonprofit that equips the next generation of Americans with skills for constructive dialogue. CDI is seeking a mission‑driven Program Manager, Live Programs to lead the delivery of complex, multi‑session partner engagements as its training programs scale. This full‑time, remote position owns end‑to‑end delivery and partners closely with educators, research, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned Live Programs engagements, managing multi‑session, multi‑stakeholder projects and serving as the primary liaison between CDI educators and partner contacts.
- Lead partner‑facing meetings—including kick‑offs, regular check‑ins, and debriefs—to build trust and ensure alignment with program standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery and evaluation systems across Airtable, HubSpot, and Asana, and collaborate with the Research team to refine impact measurement.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Partnerships, Education, and Culture Change teams to ensure successful cross‑functional delivery and support educator training logistics.
Required profile
- 3+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in learning and development or an educational setting.
- Proven ability to lead external meetings, build trust with senior stakeholders, and represent the organization in relationship‑defining conversations.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of optimizing workflows and managing multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data and evaluation, turning program data into actionable insights.
