Program Manager – Insurance Technology

About the role

We are looking for a senior Program Manager to lead large, complex programs that bring technology and business teams together to deliver measurable outcomes in the insurance domain. The role will shape integrated plans and roadmaps that drive successful go‑to‑market launches and support the insurance risk solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across technology, insurance and healthcare domains to define and execute program strategies.
• Manage highly complex projects through the full product development and go‑to‑market lifecycle.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, development roadmaps, schedules and deliverables.
• Define success criteria, KPIs and produce regular reporting on status, variances and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with resource managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial management.
• Incorporate go‑to‑market milestones into project plans to support product launches.
• Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation and lead process‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform data analysis to support decision‑making and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in business or IT PMO or related project‑management roles.
• Project‑governance certification such as PMP or Agile.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and process‑improvement strategies.
• Proven experience managing cloud‑technology projects.
