About the role

Cornerstone Support Services seeks a compassionate leader to oversee its Day Support Program, ensuring participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive person‑centered, meaningful daily experiences.

Key responsibilities

Lead daily program operations, coordinating schedules, activities, and staffing.
Supervise, coach, and develop a direct support team.
Align services with each participant’s Individual Support Plan.
Build community partnerships to expand inclusion and life opportunities.
Maintain compliance with Medicaid Waiver regulations and documentation standards.
Promote a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for participants and staff.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Preferred supervisory experience and familiarity with person‑centered planning and Medicaid Waiver services.
