Program Coordinator

About the role

The Program Coordinator provides strategic-level support for the Galante Engineering Business Program, working closely with the Program Director to manage a community of up to 50 Fellows. This role blends program management, marketing, communications, and student success responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the program’s multi‑channel marketing strategy, including events, social media, newsletters, and digital content.
• Coordinate all program events, managing budgets, logistics, catering, speaker arrangements, and venue setup.
• Lead communications with Fellows, alumni, donors, faculty, and industry partners to foster engagement and community.
• Monitor Fellows’ academic progress, align course plans with program requirements, and intervene when students are at risk.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in program coordination, communications, or related field, preferably in higher education.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with website design, flyer/brochure creation, and slide‑deck development.
• Advanced email marketing tools such as MailChimp.
• Social media content creation and management.
