Program Coordinator for Faculty Support

About the role

Under general supervision, the Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to law school faculty members and academic programs, handling course materials, events, and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage course materials, handouts, and documents for faculty and academic events.
• Coordinate travel, calendars, and distribution of materials for faculty.
• Process faculty reimbursements in compliance with university policies.
• Organize logistics for faculty‑related events and workshops, including venues, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
• Monitor event budgets and maintain digital and physical records.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries, interpret policies, and develop procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in administrative support, program coordination, or event support, preferably in an academic setting.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Google Workspace and web‑based applications.
