Production Weekender – Weekend Manufacturing Role

About the role

As a Production Weekender you will perform the same duties as regular production employees but only on weekends, operating high‑speed equipment, driving forklifts and maintaining sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate filling and packing equipment and load materials onto machinery.
• Load cases and kegs onto pallets for shipment and drive a fork truck to load material onto trailers.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, safety and sanitation practices.
• Conduct process quality control checks and ensure accurate time stamping and labeling.
• Clean production lines, work areas and other facility zones to maintain strict food‑plant sanitation standards.
• Maintain production safety and quality requirements throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and climates.
• Capability to stand, bend, twist and lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Production, manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

Required skills

• Operate high‑speed manufacturing equipment.
• Drive fork trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform process quality control inspections.
