Production Technician – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our Performance Materials team in Clemson, SC. You will work on manufacturing blended resin systems for foam applications, supporting our sustainability‑focused plastics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Follow product recipes to produce blended resin systems in multiple blend vessels, including the PSM process.
• Operate the process control system, entering exact chemical quantities and following step‑by‑step batch instructions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished product using drums, totes, cylinders, rail cars, and tank trucks.
• Take required samples and perform quality checks according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, overseeing safety and housekeeping for assigned plant areas.

Required profile

• Ability to work rotating 3‑shift schedule (5 am‑1:30 pm, 1 pm‑9:30 pm, 9 pm‑5:30 am).
• Knowledge of raw material properties, hazards, and safe handling procedures.
• Attention to detail and adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
