About the role

Infosys is looking for a Production Support Specialist to join its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in Atlanta. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing software applications, ensuring system stability, and supporting end‑users across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Document and contribute to business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, integrate, and test new features while preserving system reliability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement changes.
• Define test strategies, analyse outcomes, and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production incidents and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code, testing methods, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Comfort translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
