Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Shift Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing shift at our Springfield, MO facility. In this role you will oversee operators, lead operators and trainers, driving daily improvements while ensuring safety, quality, service and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of a production shift, providing direct supervision to operators, lead operators and trainers.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, service and cost goals.
• Determine priorities, assign responsibilities and ensure customer needs are met safely.
• Foster an environment of fairness, employee engagement and accountability.
• Develop crew members for future career opportunities and additional responsibilities.
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (verified prior to start).
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience.
• At least three years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
