Production Supervisor

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing of air‑cooled and wet‑surface heat exchangers in its Oklahoma facilities. You will drive order execution while balancing sustainability, quality, delivery and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules with planners and project managers, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Supervise shop floor teams, monitor performance, and conduct daily ALPS board meetings.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma projects.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and compliance with HR and safety policies.
• Manage equipment usage, preventative maintenance and cost‑reduction efforts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial products environment.
• Knowledge of air‑cooled and wet‑surface heat exchangers is preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends and up to 15% travel.

Required skills

• MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• 5S, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
