Production Supervisor – 2nd/3rd Shift

About the role

Alfa Laval is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd/3rd shift to lead the manufacturing of air‑cooled heat exchangers in Broken Arrow, OK. The role oversees shift operations, ensures safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and drives continuous improvement on a busy shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer order execution while meeting sustainability, quality, delivery and cost priorities.
• Supervise and develop shift employees, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Coordinate production schedules with planners and project managers, and manage workflow to meet shop goals.
• Lead 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement corrective actions for quality and safety.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years in manufacturing; 3+ years leading multiple employees.
• Experience with air‑cooled heat exchangers production preferred.
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to work evenings, occasional weekends and 15% travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Familiarity with 5S, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
