About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Production Data Analyst Co‑Op to join its Manufacturing team in Danvers. The role supports production and supply‑chain decision making through data analysis and dashboard creation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and provide KPI reports on metrics such as overtime, productivity, yields, and utilization.
- Create business analytics to identify, prioritize, and justify improvement programs for production planning.
- Leverage data‑analytics tools to build dashboards that support daily management systems.
Required profile
- Junior, senior or graduate student pursuing an engineering degree.
- Prior work experience desired; medical‑device experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Required skills
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
