Production Coordinator – Manufacturing Scheduling

About the role

The Production Coordinator will develop and adjust production plans to maximize productivity, minimize delays, and reduce scrap. This role ensures effective communication with manufacturing and quality teams to keep the plant running smoothly across any assigned shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating production plans for continuous manufacturing.
• Enter and share production data in the system to support smooth operations.
• Lead scrap‑reduction activities and monitor performance.
• Maintain regular communication with Manufacturing and Quality Units, adjusting plans based on feedback.
• Perform administrative tasks related to daily production and support other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift (night or day) on a fixed schedule.
• Regular attendance and ability to work safely according to company standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of administration and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Understanding of engineering and technology applications in production.
• Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and cost‑optimization techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance methodologies.
• Critical thinking, reading comprehension, active listening, and performance monitoring.
