Production Associate – Bakery Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our bakery team and help deliver fresh baked goods to consumers. This entry‑level position involves working on the production line in a safe, fast‑paced environment, ensuring high quality and food‑safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate high‑powered bakery machinery safely and efficiently.
• Mix ingredients, package finished products, and handle raw materials.
• Move, stack, and transport pans, ingredient containers, and finished goods.
• Inspect products for quality, reject non‑conforming items, and help reduce waste.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food‑safety protocols, and company training requirements.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1‑3 years of manufacturing experience; food‑manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and work in a warm environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication in English.
