About the role
We are looking for a Product Quality Intern to join Bosch’s Vehicle Motion Chassis Controls team. The internship offers hands‑on experience with automotive braking and boost modules, supporting quality activities in a lab environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with Chassis Controls products such as ESP, IPB Braking Modules and I‑booster modules.
- Conduct warranty testing, perform EEPROM downloads and troubleshoot diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
- Upload test and investigation data to Bosch and customer databases.
- Maintain and develop digitalisation tools used for quality investigations.
- Support Quality Engineers in daily tasks and project work.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Hardware or Electrical) with at least one semester completed.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Leadership attitude, willingness to learn and minimum age of 18.
- Available to work 25–40 hours per week.
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship).
Required skills
- EEPROM download procedures.
- Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) troubleshooting.
- Data upload to internal and external databases.
