Product Quality Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Product Quality Intern to join Bosch’s Vehicle Motion Chassis Controls team. The internship offers hands‑on experience with automotive braking and boost modules, supporting quality activities in a lab environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Chassis Controls products such as ESP, IPB Braking Modules and I‑booster modules.
• Conduct warranty testing, perform EEPROM downloads and troubleshoot diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
• Upload test and investigation data to Bosch and customer databases.
• Maintain and develop digitalisation tools used for quality investigations.
• Support Quality Engineers in daily tasks and project work.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Hardware or Electrical) with at least one semester completed.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Leadership attitude, willingness to learn and minimum age of 18.
• Available to work 25–40 hours per week.
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship).

Required skills

• EEPROM download procedures.
• Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) troubleshooting.
• Data upload to internal and external databases.
