Product Marketing Manager – GTM

About the role

Claylabs is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own revenue‑focused product marketing that directly impacts go‑to‑market and revenue success. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will define the discipline, hire and mentor future team members, and pioneer new approaches in a fast‑growing AI company.

Key responsibilities

• Create core narrative, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards for all revenue teams.
• Develop and maintain the sales asset library, including pitch decks, one‑pagers, and QBR templates.
• Build detailed buyer personas, messaging, and competitive analysis to win against rivals.
• Design training programs and enablement materials that help reps close more deals.
• Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and work with sales to improve conversion.
• Create programs and materials that drive existing customers to expand usage.
• Develop case studies, success stories, and reference programs to support the sales process.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, preferably with a revenue‑focused mindset.
• Strong understanding of customer buying processes, sales cycles, and revenue expansion.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex concepts into simple, repeatable messaging.
• Proven track record as a trusted partner to GTM leaders driving growth initiatives.
• Comfort prioritizing high‑impact projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experimentation mindset using AI tools (including Clay) to optimize workflows.
