Product Manager - Technical (Salesforce Admin)

About the role

Mastercard’s Employee Digital Experience (EDE) team is looking for a senior‑level Product Manager with deep Salesforce administration expertise. You will lead strategic initiatives on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, supporting both new development and M&A integration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions within an Agile/SAFe framework.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, and cross‑team coordination.
• Lead design discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and shape solution design on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Support Scrum teams in adhering to Agile best practices and maintain key documentation such as user stories, functional specs, and design artifacts.
• Lead acquisition integration programs, oversee data migration, and expand the Salesforce platform across newly integrated entities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior Salesforce Administrator or similar role, preferably in a large, global organization.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence decisions using data‑driven insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with M&A system integration and data migration projects.
