Product Manager – Specialty Amines

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical Intermediates team in Houston, Texas. You will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational direction of our specialty amines portfolio, working closely with cross‑functional partners across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a $30M product portfolio, ensuring returns above cost of capital and executing business strategy.
• Develop and implement regional market and commercial strategies, including product positioning and business planning.
• Guide the sales force on pricing, negotiations, and customer communications.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, supply chain, and service levels.
• Lead product lifecycle activities such as launches, repositioning, change management, and withdrawals.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Regulatory teams to meet business targets.
• Coordinate demand planning, product allocation, and inventory management with Supply Chain.
• Identify new opportunities, prioritize projects, and commercialize growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within the chemical or related industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
