Product Manager, Pricing (Remote, United States)

About the role

Airbnb is looking for an experienced Product Manager, Pricing to lead the development of pricing tools, discount strategies and promotional solutions for its global host community. The role is remote within the United States and focuses on creating products that increase host earnings, improve pricing competitiveness and enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for discount and promotional pricing tools.
• Design promotional offer structures that balance host flexibility with guest value.
• Build scalable tools for global promotional campaigns aligned with market demand and key events.
• Develop programmatic promotions capabilities based on market conditions, timing and demand signals.
• Use pricing and promotions data to generate insights and support product decisions.
• Partner with design, engineering, FP&A, marketing, operations and trust teams to launch and execute pricing features.
• Establish goals and OKRs related to promotional adoption, discount usage and marketplace impact.
• Conduct host research, analyze marketplace data and evaluate competitive pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including developing pricing tools and promotions within marketplace platforms.
• Proven track record of product leadership and successful product launches.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to turn ideas into successful products.
• Ability to drive execution across multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of product strategy, pricing models and marketplace optimization.
• Ability to use data analysis and business insights to support product strategy.
• Experience building and scaling global consumer products and ecosystems.
