Product Manager II

About the role

The Product Manager II, Apply Portfolio will own one or more product features and workstreams, guiding them from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption and continuous improvement. The role spans digital learning products such as Shadow Health and SimChart and blends customer engagement, product discovery, data analysis, technical collaboration and go‑to‑market support.

Key responsibilities

• Own product workstreams, defining development plans, requirements, priorities and success metrics.
• Manage the full product lifecycle – discovery, planning, development, launch, adoption, measurement and iteration.
• Gather and translate customer, faculty and market needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories.
• Analyze product usage, adoption trends and other data to generate insights and inform decisions.
• Incorporate AI‑driven capabilities into the roadmap and use AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Lead product demonstrations, support launch planning and provide product expertise to sales and customer‑success teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, implementation or customer success.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, data products or technology‑enabled services.
• Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, data structures, analytics, integrations and software development workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, sales and customer teams.
• Ability to thrive in evolving priorities and ambiguous problems.
• Interest in building AI‑driven product capabilities and using AI tools for daily work.

What we offer

• U.S. base salary range $95,300 – $158,800 (geographic differentials may apply).
