Product Manager – Enterprise Data Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise data products that serve Finance, HR, IT and Legal functions. The role bridges business stakeholders, data engineering, and AI enablement to build a globally scalable portfolio measured by outcome‑driven metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategic roadmap for enterprise data products in alignment with the overall data strategy.
• Establish standards for data product management, including data contracts, backlog prioritization and outcome‑driven metrics.
• Identify technology‑driven improvements and AI/ML‑ready data products across Finance, HR, IT and Legal.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to ensure products are secure, interoperable and discoverable in the enterprise data marketplace.
• Oversee the product portfolio lifecycle, investment planning and roadmap execution for cross‑domain assets.
• Prioritize initiatives using business value, readiness and capacity, applying FinOps principles for cost transparency.
• Define and track KPIs such as adoption rate, usage, cost‑to‑serve, cycle time, ROI and data contract compliance.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with deep understanding of enterprise data product management and regulatory/compliance demands.
• Experience translating enterprise priorities into actionable product roadmaps while balancing innovation, compliance and technical sustainability.
• Ability to work across multiple business domains and manage cross‑domain dependencies.
