Product Manager – AI Platform for Financial Services

About the role

Farsight is building an agentic AI platform that automates complex workflows for investment banks and private‑equity firms. As the first dedicated Product Manager, you will work closely with the CTO, engineering, and customers to shape the product vision and deliver high‑impact AI‑driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and drive prioritisation across engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Collaborate directly with investment‑banking and private‑equity clients to understand their workflows, pain points, and feedback.
• Translate customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Partner with engineering to scope, spec, and ship features that meet standards for clean, accurate, and auditable AI outputs.
• Define and track metrics that measure product success in a non‑deterministic AI system.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring every decision is grounded in real workflow impact.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role at a startup or high‑growth tech company.
• Deep familiarity with investment‑banking or private‑equity workflows and terminology.
• Strong curiosity about AI and ability to translate complex financial use‑cases into product strategy.
