About the role

Lead full product development and define the roadmap to meet future customer needs. Drive innovative solutions and technical leadership for complex semiconductor applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full product development process (PDP) and define marketing roadmap.
• Identify customer technical requirements and translate them into product specifications.
• Develop and transfer new application capabilities from product division to customer support.
• Lead technical review meetings and generate patents.
• Guide less experienced engineers and define new methodologies for system performance.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in detection flow and broad understanding of customer needs.
• Proven ability to solve complex, high‑impact technical problems.
• Experience leading high‑risk, high‑complexity projects.

Required skills

• Technical leadership in semiconductor product development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
