Product Management Co‑Op – Heart Recovery

About the role

The Product Management Co‑Op will support the Heart Recovery team in Danvers, MA, focusing on capital equipment and digital technologies for the Impella heart pump. You will help generate insights, assist product development, and collaborate across functions to translate customer needs into product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support insight generation by building customer profiles, market trends, and competitive dynamics for capital equipment and digital solutions.
• Organize VOC inputs from customers and internal stakeholders, synthesize them into actionable themes, and document findings.
• Assist in drafting and maintaining product documentation for roadmap and business plan development.
• Evaluate competitive technologies and summarize implications for product differentiation and prioritization.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Human Factors, Computer Science or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly in written and presentation formats.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, organization and time‑management skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
