Product Lead

About the role

Build AI is building the data hyperscaler for Physical AI, integrating hardware, manufacturing, logistics, collection, and model training. As a Product Lead you will own the product that brings deep‑learning models to physical‑labor businesses and scale it across countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and ship the product that brings models trained on in‑the‑wild labor data into real workplaces.
• Operate at the intersection of research, software, Shenzhen hardware, and field ops so collection, models, and the customer product form a single system.
• Own 0→1 site and country expansion, including checklists, operator UX, device‑plus‑software kits, and repeatable rollout pathways.
• Engage directly with operators and customers, turning feedback into a shippable roadmap.
• Set quality, latency, and operational standards so the product works on real job sites, not just demos.
• Collaborate with Data Compliance and marketplace teams to embed consent, payment, and collection into the product.

Required profile

• Owned a product from 0→1, preferably in a messy, operations‑heavy domain.
• Comfortable with ML / deep learning as a product surface, not just a research paper.
• Can work with engineers and field/ops teams without a large product org.
• Bias toward shipping and scaling, including internationally.
• Motivated to solve physical‑labor challenges rather than building another dashboard.
