Product Engineer

About the role

Clarify is building an AI‑native CRM that focuses on the people who actually use the product, not just sales managers. As a Product Engineer you will own the product‑led growth (PLG) surface end‑to‑end, shaping the self‑serve experience from early traction to a repeatable revenue channel.

Key responsibilities

• Review the product end‑to‑end and pinpoint the highest‑impact gaps in activation and retention.
• Ship meaningful product improvements from week one, delivering multiple changes per week at full velocity.
• Own the PLG surface area completely—product decisions, UX choices, and prioritization—without handoffs.
• Build a measurement framework for the activation funnel, defining what to track and using data to drive the next ship.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to define great self‑serve as Clarify scales.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping product improvements quickly in a startup environment with minimal direction.
• Strong product judgment to identify and prioritize high‑impact fixes without explicit specs.
• Design sensibility and ability to execute on UI/UX decisions.
• Experience talking directly to customers to validate product direction.
• Passion for the CRM and go‑to‑market problem space.
• Technical execution capability across the stack; PM or designer backgrounds with strong engineering skills are welcome.
• Prior experience with PLG or growth mechanics such as activation loops, onboarding flows, and self‑serve conversion.
