Product Director, Real Estate

About the role

SeekNow is building a new residential property intelligence platform and needs a senior product leader to define, launch, and scale the Real Estate vertical. Reporting to the SVP/GM of Real Estate, you will work across sales, marketing, engineering, data and operations to turn early‑stage ideas into market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vertical strategy, roadmap and success metrics, balancing short‑term client opportunities with long‑term platform investments.
• Translate enterprise client needs into product requirements and drive a cross‑functional cadence with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Data.
• Identify and validate new growth opportunities through customer discovery, pilots and partnership integrations.
• Own the vision for analytics and insight products built on proprietary property data and scoring models.
• Manage the end‑to‑end scheduling, dispatch and job‑tracking platform for the field network, ensuring operational metrics are captured and acted upon.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in real‑estate tech, proptech, mortgage or field‑service domains.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across multiple functions and turn ambiguous problems into concrete decisions.
• Strong market and customer development skills, with experience translating enterprise feedback into product direction.
• Strategic judgment for evaluating build‑buy‑partner decisions and prioritizing MVPs and roadmaps.
• Hands‑on experience with dispatch, scheduling or routing/optimization products in a logistics or marketplace context.
