Product Designer – Senior B2B SaaS

About the role

Rillet is looking for an experienced Product Designer to shape the user experience of its AI‑powered financial software. You will own the design process from research through UI delivery, helping make complex finance workflows elegant and intuitive.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle – user research, flow mapping, wire‑framing, visual UI design for core product areas.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to influence roadmap and product direction.
• Develop and evolve Rillet’s design system and design principles.
• Lead user research initiatives to uncover needs and validate concepts.
• Mentor junior designers as the design team grows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS with a strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proven ability to tackle complex financial concepts and translate them into clear interaction patterns.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and questioning assumptions.

Required skills

• Expertise in user research methods and usability testing.
• Proficiency in UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar).
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
