Procurement Technician

About the role

Statewide Remodeling, Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven Procurement Technician to support its pre‑production process. You will ensure that all materials and orders are accurate, on time, and within budget, keeping projects moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Review sales contracts and spec sheets for material accuracy, charges, and scope.
• Identify missing information or product errors and collaborate with Pre‑site Techs and managers to resolve them.
• Prepare and submit product orders to vendors, ensuring correct pricing and purchase orders.
• Enter sales orders into Acumatica, cut POs, and maintain audit‑ready job files.
• Process Work Order Changes quickly and distribute updates to production teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to track materials, confirm costs, and resolve delivery issues.
• Partner with sales, production, and management to maintain clear communication.
• Handle return‑to‑vendor requests and other procurement duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Prior experience in residential remodeling, construction, or procurement preferred.
• High school diploma required; college coursework a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and calm under pressure.
