Procurement Operations Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Operations Specialist will support TikTok's Procurement Team by delivering fast quotes, managing purchase‑to‑pay processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficiency and performance across the procurement function.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast quotes and order services for internal stakeholders within assigned categories.
• Execute procurement processes, primarily Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P), including competitive bidding, contract negotiation, invoice processing, and payments.
• Support service‑center leadership on process‑improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance against procurement metrics.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify, track, and resolve day‑to‑day P2P issues and recommend process enhancements.
• Manage regional metrics, perform data analysis, and produce summarized reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 + years of indirect buying experience.
• Solid understanding of procurement foundations, including end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay processes and related systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
